  1. Add the green pepper to the boiling water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add the bean sprouts and blanche.
  3. Remove the vegetables with a slotted spoon and drain.
  4. Add the vegetables to the remaining ingredients. Stir fry for 2 minutes, then serve.
