Stilton Stuffed Eggs

Ingredients
- 4 eggs, hard boiled
- 2 ounces white Stilton cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons cream
- salt and pepper, to taste
- paprika
- 4 ounces green beans, cooked & chilled
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 2 ounces mixed mushrooms
- 1 lettuce
- salad dressing, your choice (optional)
Directions
- Halve eggs lengthwise, remove yolks and mash with the cheese, cream, salt and pepper.
- Pile mixture back into egg halves.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Serve on a tossed salad of cold cooked green beans, tomatoes, raw sliced mushrooms, lettuce and salad dressing of your choice (if using).
