Stevia Hot Chocolate

If you want to decrease your sugar intake and feel good about it, well this may be just what you need. I put in the desired amount of stevia for me, you may want to add a tad more, BUT, remember it is powerful so only a little pinch at a time for the desired sweetness, too much stevia will give you a bitter aftertaste. Now you will have to get used to not having a sickening sweet cocoa like a lot of mixes make, but you will have just the perfect cup of cocoa with all the sugar! Plus it really is good. If you want to, you can experiment, add a drop of peppermint essential oil, or a peppermint candy to your hot cup of cocoa. Since you are saving lots of sugar, you can splurge there! Sometimes I will put in a chocolate kiss and just let it melt in the hot cocoa! I hope you like it. Show more
