Steaming Hot Mocha

Yields: 15 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups unsweetened cocoa
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 7 cups milk
- 7 cups strong brewed coffee
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- marshmallow creme (optional)
Directions
- Combine the first 3 ingredients in a Dutch oven.
- Whisk in the milk and coffee until smooth.
- Cook mixture over medium heat, stirring often, 20 minutes or just until bubbles appear (do not boil); remove from heat.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Ladle into mugs; top each serving with marshmallow creme, if desired.
