Steamed Purple Cabbage

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 head purple cabbage, chopped
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 1 vegetable bouillon cube
- 1⁄3 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Directions
- Saute the onion in olive oil until translucent.
- Add the water and bouillon.
- Add the cabbage and raisins.
- Cover and cook for 15 minutes until the cabbage is tender but not overly cooked.
- Stir in the apple cider vinegar before serving.
