  • 12  ounces  fish fillets
  • 1  tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1  tablespoon cilantro
  • 1  tablespoon  peanut oil
  • 1  tablespoon ginger

Directions

  1. steam fish for 8 minutes till just flakes.
  2. heat oil till smokes.
  3. Top fish with cilantro and ginger.
  4. Pour oil over fish anre serve.
