Steakhouse Wheat Bread for the Bread Machine

I got this recipe from allrecipes.com. It is a very good dark bread. The only thing I have added is the vital wheat gluten. This is a mini loaf and is perfect for the mini Zojirushi machine.

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup warm water
• 1  tablespoon butter, softened
• 1⁄4 cup honey
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1  teaspoon instant coffee granules
• 1  tablespoon  unsweetened cocoa
• 1  tablespoon white sugar
• 1  cup bread flour
• 1  cup whole wheat flour
• 1 1⁄4 teaspoons bread machine yeast
• 1  teaspoon vital wheat gluten

Directions

1. Place the warm water, butter, honey, salt, coffee,cocoa, sugar, breaf flour, whole wheat flour, and bread machine yeast in the pan of a bread machine in the order listed. Put on basic cycle with light crust.
