Steak Sauce

A nice sauce served with steak rubbed with Chili Spice Rub for Steak

• Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup Dijon mustard
• 1⁄4 cup  whole grain mustard
• 1⁄4 cup molasses
• 2  tablespoons ketchup
• 2  tablespoons honey
• 1  tablespoon horseradish, drained
• 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground

Directions

1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to a day.
3. Bring to room temperature before serving.
