Steak Rub

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons espresso beans, ground fine
- 4 tablespoons chili powder
- 4 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
Directions
- Mix all ingredients with a small wire whisk. Store in an airtight jar.
- To use, oil all sides of steak (or any kind of beef) with olive oil and rub steak rub well into meat surface (about 1-3 teaspoons per side, or more depending on size of piece of beef). Grill 5 minutes per side per inch for rare, longer for more doneness.
