Steak Normandy

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 lb round steak (or similar cut)
- 1 granny smith apple
- 1⁄2 cup apple cider
- 1⁄2 cup celery (chopped)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon thyme
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- cooked rice (enough for 5)
Directions
- Cut steak into bite sized pieces, and trim off excess fat.
- Saute until no longer pink.
- Drain off oil.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer at least 20 min.
- Serve over rice.
