Steak Marinade

Yields: 2 1/4 cups
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups water
- 3⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1⁄4 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon mustard powder
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
Directions
- Whisk all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
- Place steaks or chicken in gallon sized zip lock bag and add marinade. Seal bag tight and refrigerate a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
- Discard marinade and grill meat.
