Steak Marinade

Got this marinade recipe from my mom. It's really easy and tastes great. Recommend marinating for at least an hour before cooking--we like to use this marinade when we grill during the summer.

• Ready In: 3 hrs
• Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup  vegetable oil
• 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
• 1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
• 2  teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger
• 1  teaspoon  minced garlic

Directions

1. Mix ingredents well. Put steak in shallow dish and pour marinade over, coating thoroughly. Marinate meat in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Grill/cook as desired.
