Steak Marinade

From FOX NETWORK. They called it the Perfect steak marinade and it is!!

• Yields: 4-5 steaks

Ingredients

• 6  garlic cloves
• 1  teaspoon fresh thyme
• 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
• 4  tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2  tablespoons  vegetable oil
• 1⁄3 cup lime juice
• 2  teaspoons salt
• 1  teaspoon black pepper

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Add Marinade over meat.
3. Let stand for 2 to 3 hours.
4. Remove from fridge 1 hour prior to grilling.
