Steak Marinade

I have had this recipe for so long that I don't remember where it came from. The marinade is enough for 4 4-6 ounce steaks. Cooking time is marinating time.

• Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup low sodium soy sauce
• 1  dash sherry wine
• 3⁄4 teaspoon ginger, minced
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 1  tablespoon sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1  dash pepper
• 1  small onion, minced
• 2  scallions, sliced thinly
• 1  garlic clove, minced
• 1  teaspoon  sesame oil
• 1  teaspoon parsley, chopped

Directions

1. Mix all ingedients.
2. Pour over steaks and marinate for 1 - 2 hours in the refrigerator.
3. Grill or broil steaks.
