Steak Marinade

Yields: 4-5 steaks
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh ginger juice
- 2 cups honey
- 2 cups soy sauce
- 2 cups Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 cups teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups Chinese duck sauce
- 1⁄2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, add fresh ginger juice, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and black pepper; mix well.
- Next, while mixing, add the honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, duck sauce and Dijon mustard.
- Steak must be submerged in marinade and left overnight in refrigerator.
- Place each steak on hot grill, about 5 minutes per side. Serve!
