  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ground black pepper, and garlic (meat tenderizer, optional). Mix well, and add your favorite meat and vegetables. Seal the bag, and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours.
  2. After you’ve allowed your meat and vegetables to marinate, place all of your meat on a skewer and all your vegetables on another! Since meat doesn’t take as long as the vegetables to cook! .
  3. Cook till desired doneness!
