  1. Slice beef tenderloin into thin strips and salt.
  2. Heat frying pan with enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom of the pan and combine garlic with cumin. Add beef, soy sauce, white wine vinegar and cilantro. Once cooked add green onions and tomatoes and fry until tender.
  3. In a separate pan add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and saute diced potatoes until lightly browned and tender.
  4. Combine beef mixture and pototoes.
