Standing Rib Roast

Ingredients

  • 1  standing rib roast (about 6 lbs.)
  • 1 12 teaspoons  garlic salt
  • 1  teaspoon rosemary
  • 12 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Place roast fat side up on rack in roasting pan.
  2. Mix spices, and rub into roast.
  3. Bake uncovered at 325F degrees for 2 1/2 hours for medium.
  4. Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes.
  5. Carve into slices.
