St Kitts Manhattan

Use brown rum and sweet vermouth.

Ingredients

  • 2  ounces  anejo rum (old rum)
  • 12 ounce sweet vermouth
  • 1  dash  Angostura bitters

Directions

  1. Put a few ice cubes into a shaker. Splash on a dash or two of Angostura bitters.
  2. Add the rum and vermouth. Cover the shaker, and shake gently until it is nice and cold.
  3. Strain and pour into a chilled Manhattan glass.
