Squash Stew

Ingredients
- 14 ounces diced tomatoes
- 2 cups squash (combination of zucchini & yellow)
- 1 small onion
- 2 teaspoons rosemary
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
- Chop Squash and Onion to small chunks.
- Combine all ingredients in a slow Cooker bag and let sit in the Refrigerator for several hours. An hour or two before planning to eat place bag in slow cooker and cut at low until squash has reached desired softness.
