Squash, Pepper and Onion Salad

Ingredients
- 5 medium summer squash, thinly sliced
- 1⁄2 cup onion, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup celery, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup green pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄3 cup salad oil
- 2⁄3 cup cider vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Directions
- Stir together first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Mix rest of ingredients, stir well and pour over vegetables. Allow at least 8 hours to meld.
- Will keep in an airtight container in refrigerator for 10 days.
