Spritz Cookies

These cookies to me remind me of christmas since my mom made them all the time as part of her christmas cookie making.

Ingredients

• 2  cups flour
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1  egg
• 2⁄3 cup  soft butter
• 2⁄3 cup sugar
• 1  teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Sift flour and salt into mixing bowl.
3. add in butter, egg and vanilla and mix well.
4. Put in cookie press and press on cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
