Springtime Green Goddess Dip

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup scallion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 2 teaspoons fresh tarragon
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon anchovy paste
- white pepper
Directions
- Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Chill atleast 1 hour before serving.
- May be made up to 2 days in advance.
