Spring Onion and Olive Flat Bread

Ingredients
- 500 ml self raising flour
- 10 ml salt
- 75 g butter
- 1 extra large egg
- 125 ml milk
- 5 spring onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 10 black olives
- 1 egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200% Celsius.
- Sift dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
- Beat egg.
- Rub in butter, mix in beaten egg to form a soft dough.
- Beat the second egg , then press out dough into a circle and brush with beaten egg.
- Chop the spring onions, slice the garlic and halve and pit the black olives.
- Sprinkle the dough with the spring onions, garlic and black olives.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
