Spring Garden Skillet

A easy weeknight recipe that is hearty and good.

Ingredients

  • 36  frozen homestyle  meatballs
  • 4  red potatoes, halved halved, and then halved again to make 8 equal pieces each
  • 3  medium yellow onions, halved, halved, and halved again, to get 8 pieces from each
  • 1  lb  baby carrots
  • 2  cups  prepared  beef gravy
  • 1  teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 12 cups peas

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place each ingredient in one of the corners of a deep corning dish or other deep oven safe dish. Make sure you have lid to fit of make one from foil.
  3. Pour gravy over each of the four ingredients.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Bake 30 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and pour peas in the center of the dish.
  7. Cover and return to the oven for an additional 20 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven, leave covered for 6 to 8 minutes to cool off.
  9. Serve with a Salad and Garlic Bread.
