Split Red Lentil Soup - Large Volume

Ingredients
- 1 kg split red lentils
- 4 onions, chopped
- 1 kg mixed vegetables
- 8 liters vegetable stock
- 500 g small shell pasta
Directions
- Brown onions in a spot of oil.
- Add rinsed lentils and stock.
- Bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables (I use corn, peas, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower).
- Add pasta shapes.
- Cook until done.
