Splenda Strawberry Blueberry Delight

Lately I have been spending way too much time at our local farm market buying strawberries from California and fresh NJ blueberries. This easy dessert was inspired by Silent Cricket 's Simple Strawberry Mousse. *NOTE: Cooking time is freezing time, so plan ahead. :D Show more

  2. Place in a plastic container with a tight fitting lid, and freeze for 24 hours.
  3. After completely frozen scoop out and divide frozen mixture into 4 dishes.
  4. Top each frozen mixture with chocolate syrup, remaining cool whip and almonds.
