Splenda Banana Bran Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat all-bran cereal
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 2⁄3 cup milk
- 1⁄4 cup Splenda brown sugar blend, firmly packed
- 1⁄4 cup canola oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix together cereal, bananas and milk. Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar, oil, and eggs. Mix well.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
- Stir just until combined.
- Spoon into greased muffin pans.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
