Spirulina, Quick Oats, Mango and Ginger Smoothie

Yields: 2 Large Cups

Ingredients

  • 12 cup quick oats, cooked according to instructions
  • 2  tablespoons  fresh  spirulina, paste
  • 1  inch fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 1  large mango, peeled and pit remove
  • 12 cup  orange juice
  • 12 tablespoon flax seed
  •  ice, to preference

Directions

  1. Cook the quick oats according the to instructions to avoid under cooked oats and excess water.
  2. Once cooked add the oats to a blender with the rest of the ingredients and blend until pureed.
