Spinach With Walnut Sauce

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup walnuts
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons water
- 1 lb fresh spinach
Directions
- Grind walnuts in an electric grinder. Transfer walnuts to a small bowl, add sugar, dashi, and soy. Mix thoroughly.
- Blanch spinach in boiling water for about 30 seconds. Drain and revive under cold water. Gently squeeze out excess water.
- Place Spinach on four plates, and spoon portion of sauce over each.
