  1. Grind walnuts in an electric grinder. Transfer walnuts to a small bowl, add sugar, dashi, and soy. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Blanch spinach in boiling water for about 30 seconds. Drain and revive under cold water. Gently squeeze out excess water.
  3. Place Spinach on four plates, and spoon portion of sauce over each.
