Spinach With Pine Nuts

  1. Saute garlic in olive oil in large skillet until soft.
  2. Add spinach and cook until tender and fairly dry.
  3. Add pine nuts to skillet and cook until moisture is barely absorbed.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
