  1. Spread 1/2 of the cream cheese over each tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle each with the garlic powder.
  3. Layer each tortilla with 3/4 cup of the spinach and equal amounts of the turkey, cheese, red pepper and onions.
  4. Top with remaining spinach.
  5. Drizzle with the ranch dressing.
  6. Roll up tightly jelly-roll style.
  7. Wrap in plastic wrap.
  8. Refrigerate until serving.
