Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 16 large mushrooms
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, drained
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon dijon-style mustard
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Remove stems from mushrooms and chop. Sauté mushroom stems and garlic in butter until tender.
- Stir in remaining ingredients, except mushroom caps. Spoon spinach mixture into mushroom caps. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until tender.
