  1. Remove stems from mushrooms and chop. Sauté mushroom stems and garlic in butter until tender.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients, except mushroom caps. Spoon spinach mixture into mushroom caps. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until tender.
