Ingredients

  • 2 (10 ounce) packages  frozen leaf spinach, thawed
  • 1  large egg
  • 13 cup low-fat milk
  • 13 cup  grated parmesan cheese
  • 1  teaspoon  crushed garlic
  •  salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Whisk together egg, milk, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Fold in spinach.
  4. Pour into small casserole dish.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly set.
