Spinach Slice

Ingredients
- 250 g frozen spinach, thawed
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped or grated
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 5 egg whites
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Heat oven to 180°C.
- Grease a 20x15 cm baking dish.
- Combine all ingredients and mix to form a batter. The batter should be spreadable rather than pourable. Alter the consistency with additional flour if too wet; with oil if too dry.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
