Spinach Salad With Pesto Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 lbs fresh spinach, washed
- 1 lb fresh kale, washed
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Roquefort cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 cup chopped toasted pecans
- 1 1⁄2 cups prepared pesto sauce
Directions
- Mix everything but pesto in a salad bowl.
- top with pesto.
