Spinach Salad With Bacon Dijon Mustard Dressing

Yields: 18 oz
Ingredients
- 1 lb bacon
- 1 1⁄2 cups white sugar
- 3 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1⁄2 cup white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Directions
- Cook bacon till crisp. Drain and crumble.
- Put all other ingredients in a sauce pan, put on med heat and whisk till combined.
- Bring to just a boil and cook for 5 to 7 min till starting to thicken, stirring frequently.
- Take off heat and let cool to room temperate.
