Spinach Salad Dressing

Sweet and sour spinach salad dressing. Also a great base for an type sweet and sour salad dressing

• Yields: 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

• 1  cup  salad oil
• 1⁄3 cup cider vinegar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Put all ingredients but vinegar in blender and blend until smooth. Ad vinegar and blend again.
2. Serve over spinach salad.
