Spinach Salad

Ingredients
- 16 ounces spinach
- 1⁄2 lb bacon bits
- 1 (10 ounce) can water chestnuts, sliced thin
- 1⁄2 lb fresh bean sprout
- 1⁄2 lb mushroom, sliced thin
Dressisng
- 1⁄2 cup white sugar
- 1⁄3 cup ketchup
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup salad oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Wash spinach well and dry. Add remaining ingredients and store in plastic bag until ready to serve.
- Mix dressing ingredients. (I use a jar with tight fitting lid.) Pour over spinach mixture just before serving.
