Spinach Pie

This is a quiche-like healthy dish. Can be used for appetizer or entree.

Directions

  1. Open cresent rolls and press into pie plate.
  2. Thaw out spinach in microwave and squeeze to drain water out of it and put it in a mixing bowl.
  3. Saute onions and garlic in butter.
  4. Add onion mixture to spinach.
  5. Add ricotta, parmesan, breadcrumbs, and egg.
  6. Putfilling in the pie crust.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
