Spinach Pie

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package crescent rolls
- 1 (10 ounce) bag frozen spinach
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 egg
- 1⁄3 cup ricotta cheese
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1⁄3 cup breadcrumbs
Directions
- Open cresent rolls and press into pie plate.
- Thaw out spinach in microwave and squeeze to drain water out of it and put it in a mixing bowl.
- Saute onions and garlic in butter.
- Add onion mixture to spinach.
- Add ricotta, parmesan, breadcrumbs, and egg.
- Putfilling in the pie crust.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
