Spinach Parmesan

Ingredients
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
- 1⁄2 cup boiling water
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1⁄3 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Cook spinach in the water. Drain well.
- Place spinach into a buttered, 1-quart oven proof serving dish.
- Combine softened cream cheese, milk and 2 tablespoons of the Parmesan cheese. Spread mixture over spinach.
- Sprinkle with paprika and the reminder of the Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees until heated through 20-25 minute.
