Spinach Ham and Brie Crepe Filling

Yields: 3-5 crepes

Ingredients

  • 1  tablespoon butter
  • 10 -12  ounces  brie cheese
  •  some chopped up  brown sugar ham
  •  some spinach

Directions

  1. Heat the butter in a sauce pan.
  2. Put the brie in the sauce pan and stir it every once in a while.
  3. Chop up the ham and (washed) spinach.
  4. Stir it in when the brie is completely melted, ham before spinach.
  5. Serve it in yummy delicious crepes!
