Spinach Dip

This is a wonderful appetizer for parties. You can also buy a bread bowl and scoop out the center and serve dip in the bread bowl (use extra pieces of bread for dipping).

• Serves: 10-12

Ingredients

• 1  cup mayonnaise
• 1  cup sour cream
• 1  small onion, finely chopped
• 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
• 1  package  dry vegetable soup mix

Directions

1. Squeeze dry spinach.
2. Mix all ingredients together and serve with crackers.
