Spinach Dip

I added artichoke hearts to this, but it's good just like it's listed. I'm glad I doubled the recipe. Directions

  1. Combine spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, water chestnuts, green onions, and soup mix in a medium mixing bowl, stirring well.
  2. Cover and chill at least 6 hours.
  3. Using a gentle sawing motion, cut vertically to, but not through, bottom of loaf, 1/2 inch from edge.
  4. Lift out center of loaf and cut bread into 1 inch cubes and set aside.
  5. Fill hollowed bread loaf with dip and serve with bread cubes.
