Spinach Dip

Ingredients
- 2 loaves pumpernickel bread
- 1 loaf sourdough bread
- 1 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1 cup fat-free Miracle Whip
- 1 (85 g) package Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 250 g spinach, cooked and chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced in to think rings
Directions
- Slice top off one of the pumpernickle breads (use as top later). Hollow out bread and cube pieces for dipping.
- Chop remaining pmpernickle and sourdough loaves into cubes.
- Mix rest of ingredients in a bowl and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Put dip into hollowed out bread. Serve on a large platter with cubed bread scattered around the dip-filled loaf.
