Spinach Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
- 20 ounces frozen spinach, thawed, drained and chopped
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 small onion, chopped
- 1 1⁄2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (15 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 -2 cup crouton
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Squeeze all fluid from spinach.
- Combine spinach with rest of the ingredients (except croutons) in 9x11 casserole/baking dish.
- Top with croutons and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
