Spinach Brownies

This is a delicious recipe I discovered in the cookbook "Deceptively Delicous" . I have modified the ingredients to create a moist, irresistable brownie. Do not be fooled by the spinach, you can barely taste it. An interesting fact about Spinach is that it contains antioxidants that keep your eyes healthy. Be sure to completely cool the brownies before enjoying, or the spinach flavour will be too strong. Show more
