Spinach and Mushroom Goat Cheese Pizza

  1. Heat skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil and add chopped garlic.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
  3. Add spinach and cook until soft.
  4. Spread goat cheese on preprepared gluten-free pizza crust.
  5. Top with spinach and mushroom topping.
  6. Sprinkle on parmesan cheese as desired.
  7. Cook at 350 until heated.
