Ingredients
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, defrosted
- 3 ounces boursin cream cheese with garlic and herbs
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix spinach with the cream cheese and half the grated cheese. Spoon the mixture into a shallow casserole and sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
