Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts
- 1 lb frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
- 1⁄2 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1 cup soy sour cream
- 1 cup soy mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Finely chop artichoke hearts.
- Mix spinach artichoke hearts vegannaise, sour cream and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
